Litro Glow Details
Test Results for Additional Growth Enhancement/Savings
In today’s world, with the growing need for Safe, Reliable, Non-Toxic products, Litro Grow has risen to the calling with the introduction of Litro Glow. These T-8 fluorescent bulbs have a special proprietary blend of phosphors, benefiting Safety, Health, Economics, and not withstanding, Growth Benefits.
Morning sun is ideal time to spray roses. If you keep up this routine, on a weekly basis, you will have another lovely surprise - no mildew! Mildew is eliminated because Litro Grow changes the pH and creates a condition where mildew can not grow.
Isn't it amazing? And then remember that Litro Grow is non-toxic, so if it blows back into your face when you're Foliar Feeding your roses.... no need to worry - it's gentle and safe.
We call Litro Grow 'The Champagne of plant foods' and so will you!
In past performance, most growers/growing facilities either utilize sunlight, or large MH/ HPS (Metal Halide/ High Pressure Sodium) lights for growing endeavors. This standard remains in effect mainly due to the lack of awareness of this New Technology.
An integration of Litro Grow, and Litro Glow bulbs, has proven to be the ultimate when comparing different growing techniques. Most growers utilize a Metal Halide (Bluish-White light) for vegetative growth, and change over to a High Pressure Sodium (Reddish-Yellow light) when going to flower stage. Vegetative growth seems to flourish with a bombardment of bluish white light, where as the flowering stage seems to flourish with reddish yellow. Studies of plant growth have shown that the presentation of only the bluish-white, or reddish-yellow, do provide faster growth rates, only with extreme wattages. The following graphs indicate light spectrums of Metal Halides, High Pressure Sodium’s, and the reasoning to enhance the spectrum with the addition of Red to Blues, and Blue to Reds.
Blue Light
Blue light is responsible primarily for vegetative growth (leaf). It is known that chlorophyll has the second distinct absorption peak in the vicinity of blue light wavelengths (450nm). The blue light is also indispensable to the morphologically healthy plant. Blue light, when combined with red light, encourages an enhanced vegetative reaction.
Red Light
Red Light is in the vicinity of the first peak of a plants light absorption spectrum (660nm) and it contributes to the plants photosynthesis. Red light, when combined with blue light, encourages enhanced flowering. It can also be used in higher doses to stimulate flowering, seeding and fruiting.

Graph 1
The first graph shows the light spectrum given off by a Metal Halide, showing a high concentration of the Blue spectrum, with virtually no other spectrums present.

Graph 2
The second graph shows the light spectrum given off by a High Pressure Sodium, showing a high concentration of the Red spectrum, with virtually no other spectrums present.

Graph 3
The third graph shows actual sunlight, showing the entire spectrum presented in outdoor applications. As shown, sunlight represents the entire light spectrum. Litro Glow bulbs reproduce this effect for indoor applications.
With the benefit of Full Spectrum, plant/vegetative growth now can be accomplished with a plug and play option of our Litro Glow’s. They are the only bulb on the market with the Growth Effect, in addition to energy savings and health benefits. A T-8 format to allow residential/commercial OEM change over, with little or no expense. Numerous trials and experimentation have been performed over the last few years, and the results are staggering.
Experimentations have shown as much as double the growth rate comparative to normal growing procedures. Just think of a grow environment in your basement, garage, or anywhere that this accomplishment could have never been ascertained without buying a special purpose grow-light. The drawback of most of these lights vary from very expensive, very short life span , and just generally lacking the punch to properly perform to most needs.
