What is photoluminescence?

AIt is luminescence (light) induced by the absorption of infrared radiation, visible light, or ultraviolet radiation. More aptly known as "glow in the dark".

How long will Litro Technologies products glow at night?

AOnce full charged by the sun or any UV light source, Litro Technologies' products are visible up to 11 hours but the best performance is in the first 6 hours.

How long will Litro Technologies products continue to recharge?

ALitro Technologies products are manufactured with a revolutionary new pigment which will continue to day after day and glow at full strength for many years of enjoyment.

Do Litro Technologies products glow at the same intensity throughout the night?

ANo they do not. They will start at maximum glow and then slowly reduce until the glow is not visible until charged by the suns rays or any UV source.

Do Litro Technologies products charge on a cloudy day?

AYes. UV rays charge the product even on cloudy days.

Do Litro Technologies products require complete darkness to glow?

AWhen fully charged, Litro Technologies products are even glowing during the day. However, it takes darkness for the human eye to perceive the glow. Therefore, the darker the night, the brighter the perceived glow. (ambient or background light will overpower the perceived glow.)

Are Litro Technologies products safe?

AYes. Our products do not emit any harmful radiation and are completely environmentally friendly.

What makes Litro Technologies products better than the competition’s?

ALitro Technologies uses a patented process the phosphorescent is chemically bonded to the nylon. As in the case of the ropes, you can actually pull apart the nylon strands and each strand will glow on its own. The phosphorescent products are never dyed, dipped or painted so the phosphorescent will not fade, chip or peel.

How will my items be sent to me?

AShipping will be via a ground transportation company of our choice within the United States. Express and/or overnight shipping requests will be accommodated and also be quoted separately. You will be notified when your items have been shipped along with any applicable tracking number.

How soon can I expect delivery?

AItems in stock will be shipped within 7 (seven) business days. In the event an item is not in stock or there will be a delay in shipping, you will be contacted immediately.

What if a product is received damaged?

AEvery effort will be made to package your items so that no damage is done during shipment. Unfortunately, package delivery companies do not always take the same care once your package(s) leaves our hands. Should your package be received damaged, please inspect before signing for it or refuse delivery due to damage. Once you have take receipt of the items, we will assume they were received in good condition. In the event an item must be replaced, the original item must be sent back before a replacement it sent.

What if I want to return something?

AWithin thirty (30) days of receipt, should you decide the item(s) you ordered are not as shown, or you simply don’t want them after all, feel free to return them for a full refund minus shipping costs. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in their original condition. Please use a reliable delivery service that offers you a way to track the delivery of your item to you. And remember to include a copy of the invoice to expedite reimbursement.

What kind of warranty is there on the items I purchase?

AWe believe in giving you ample opportunity to put these products to the test. If after ninety (90) days you are unhappy with the performance of the item you purchased, it can be returned for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee and original shipping charges. If the item is returned in anything other than new condition, an additional 10% usage fee will be assessed as we will be unable to sell as new. Please use a reliable delivery service that offers you a way to track the delivery of your item to you. And remember to include a copy of the invoice to expedite reimbursement.
